CalUniversity’s MBA program has seven areas of Emphasis, each with 15 units or 5 courses:
1. International Management and Marketing (IMM)
2. Healthcare Management and Leadership (HCML)
3. Information Systems and Knowledge Management (ISKM)
4. Internet Marketing and E-Business (IMEB)
5. Banking and Finance (BF)
6. Organizational Development and HRM (ODHRM)
7. Project and Quality Management (PQM)

The MBA program requires 45 semester units of coursework that include 15 units of Required Courses, 15 units of Emphasis Courses and 15 units for the Preparation of either a Master’s Capstone Project or a Master’s Thesis. The Masters’ Thesis is not available for the HealthCare Management and Leadership Emphasis.
